2. What the Trip Includes
• Flights - 2000 US dollars per passenger supported by Allegion.
• Hotel accommodation in 5* properties, as per programme during the event dates only (May 5-11th).
• Meals included as per the programme.
• Transportation from the Lisboa international Airport to the event hotel, comprised in the event dates.
• Transportation from the event hotel to Lisboa international Airport, comprised in the event dates.
• Group activities as per programme.
• Transportation, English Speaking local assistance as per programme.
• Medical centre at the event Hotels available 24/7 at the Hotels.
• Taxes and fees covered by the organizer.
3. What Is Not Included
• Personal Travel Insurance.
• International Extension of Health insurance - The U.S. government does not pay medical costs for U.S. citizens traveling abroad. Plan ahead in case of any hospital visits, emergencies, or other unexpected expenses during your trip.
• Travel health insurance - We recommend that you buy travel health insurance before your trip. U.S. Medicare and Medicaid do not pay for medical care outside the United States.
• Check with your U.S. health insurance provider and ask if they cover emergency and routine medical care while abroad.
• If your regular medical insurance does not cover you, consider getting a short-term policy. There are some policies that make direct payments to hospitals.

• Medical evacuation insurance.
• We strongly recommended that you buy medical evacuation insurance when traveling to areas with higher risk or limited medical care.
• You can purchase this separately or as an add-on to your travel health insurance policy. Most policies cover medical care and emergency transportation.

4. Participant Responsibilities
• Compliance with company policies and code of conduct during the trip.
• Respect for safety rules and local laws.
• Providing accurate personal data for travel arrangements.
• Ensuring passport validity and visa requirements.
5. Cancellations & Changes
• Organizer’s right to modify itinerary due to force majeure.
• Participant cancellation rules (deadlines).
• Replacement rules (usually not allowed for incentive trips).
6. Liability & Insurance
• Requirement for participants to have adequate health coverage.
• Disclaimer for personal injuries or lost belongings (within legal limits).
7. Data Protection (GDPR)
• Consent for processing personal data for travel arrangements.
• Sharing data with airlines, hotels, and service providers.
• Retention period and rights of the participant.
8. Behavior & Disqualification
• Misconduct may lead to exclusion from activities or early return.
• Breach of company rules may void the reward.
